- The shipping methods available for Spain are:
- Messanger: If your order exceeds 199€ the shipping is free. If you do not exceed the cost is 7€ for Spain, hand-delivered in a period of 36-48 hours, after your purchase has been confirmed via email.
- Certified Packaged sent via Post (Ceuta, Mellia, Baleares y Canarias): If your order exceeds 199€ the shipping will be free. If you do not exceed the cost is 7€ for Spain, hand-delivered in a period of 24-48 after your purchase has been confirmed via email. Using the trackig number you will be able to follow your order on the Post office´s website, which will be sent to you after being mailed.
- Shipping methods for countries outside of Spain: Carried out via post (certified). All purchases are shipped no later than 48 hours after confirming your order.
Returns
According to the Spanish trade law you have the right to return within 7 days of purchase. If you wish to return a product, please note the following:
- Return the product in perfect condition with original packaging and labeling.
To proceed to return the product, do the following: Contact us by phone at (+34) 958 523641 or email at criveropiel@gmail.com to communicate the reason for return. If the cause is attributed to us (defects, errors in shipping, etc) we will give you instructions to proceed with the return and recover the amount of the product and shipping. If the cause is not any of the above and you decide to return the product within 7 days, we will refund only the amount of the product in the form which was originally used for payment, but not the shipping charges. NO REFUNDS AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.

- Payment must be made in Euros only by major credit or debit cards, as listed on the site, bank deposit or COD (cash on delivery).
- Guarantee
- All our products are guaranteed by Crivero against manufacturing defects, we are not responsible for damage during transport. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within seven (7) days for reimbursement. It is important to note that products must not have been used and must be in the same, mint condition in which received. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the return is a reult of our error or manufacture defects. You may also be charged a small restocking fee of 10% in some cases (not, for example, if you exchange the product for another).
- Note: ABSOLUTELY NO repayment if the original packaging of the item in question is damaged or the tags are removed.

Terms & Conditions of Business.
1: Sale and Purchase.
We will sell and you will purchase clothing and other products subject to our terms and conditions of business set out below. The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us in accordance with these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order.2: Price.
2.1 All prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of VAT taxes unless otherwise specified.2.2 All clothing and other item prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges are set out on the order form.
2.3 Prices are correct at the time of order and relate to Internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply an individual or other organisation.
3: Payment.

The title of the goods does not pass to the customer until the full payment has been made by the customer, received by us and the goods delivered.5: Passing of Risk.
The risk in the products will pass to the customer on delivery, as set out in paragraph 6.3 below. The risk in this context is taken to mean any damage or cost arising as a result of the purchased products to either the purchaser, the purchasers property or to any other third party or property.6: Delivery.
6.1 Any date or time period for delivery will be considered as indicative only and does not form any part of a guarantee. The customer will be informed of any products not available at the time of their order and will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused as a result of delays in deliveries by us or our suppliers.6.2 All of our products are sent by courier of our choice. With some courier deliveries a signature may be required upon receipt.
6.3 On delivery of the goods the purchaser of the goods becomes responsible for any losses or damages arising as a result of their use however they may arise.
7: Acceptance.
You will inspect any products within 24 hours of receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless during the period which commences on the day the contract between us comes into existence and ends on the expiry of seven workings days beginning on the day after delivery of the products you notify us in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 9.2 or paragraph 9.3 below that the products are rejected or that you want to cancel your order pursuant to paragraph 8 below. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any rejection of cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.8: Right to Cancel.
8.1 You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time during the period which commences on the day the contract comes into existence and ends on the expiry of seven working days beginning on the day after the date of delivery of the products.9: Returns Procedure.
9.1 If products are to be rejected or your order is to be cancelled pursuant to paragraphs 7 or 8 above, you will comply with the returns procedure as set out in this paragraph 9. In such circumstances we will accept any returned products should the return be complete and with a valid proof of purchase and in the case of an order which you wish to cancel, should the return be in a re-saleable condition.9.2 You can contact us in person or by post, facsimile, telephone, or email at the address or number (as the case may be) set out at the end of these terms and conditions with details of your original order number and receipt. 9.3 Alternatively you can return your purchase to us via your local Post Office. If you decide to use your local Post Office, please ensure the Post Office provides you with a proof of posting.
9.4 You will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the delivery charge referred to in paragraph 2.2 above which will be credited to your credit card or transferred to your bank account. Faulty or damaged products must be returned before the refund can be issued.
9.5 In cases where the rejection or cancellation is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you will not be responsible for the return delivery charge referred to in paragraph 9.2. When the return arrives back at our office it will be assessed and should it be concluded that the products are faulty or that there was a discrepancy in the order, the return delivery charge will be credited back to you.
